  • A comfortable area for your own enjoyment
  • No overhangs of live or exposed electrical wiring
  • A flat, stable surface ready for installation

Additionally, identify a water source and an electrical point, and measure the distance from these to the setup area. If necessary, consider our Bionic Aqueduct with pipes up to 15metres for flexible water access and our covered extension cords for outdoor installation. Bionic Ice Baths

The Secretlab TITAN Evo and TITAN Evo Lite share the same sizing dimensions. The flagship TITAN Evo is available in three sizes — Small, Regular and XL. The TITAN Evo Lite is available in Regular and XL, our most popular sizes.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to our chairs, which is why we have different sizes for different heights and builds. In addition, our S and R sizes come with shorter, re-engineered hydraulics to allow more people to easily set their feet flat on the ground for a more ergonomic posture.

That aside, all three sizes share the same features, so you enjoy the same support no matter which one you choose.

We deliver your order straight to your doorstep by local courier. You’ll get to pick your preferred delivery date and time slot when checking out, and you’ll need to sign for the delivery.

We deliver 7 days a week, with the exception of Public Holidays. Simply choose the delivery date and time that suits your schedule at checkout. Three time slots are available daily for delivery:

  • 11am – 3pm
  • 3pm – 6 pm
  • 7pm – 10pm

Limited same-day delivery slots are available as well for orders placed before 5pm. If you opt for same-day delivery, we’ll deliver your order on the day of purchase between 7pm and 10pm. Do note that there will be an additional fee of S$29 per chair or desk for same-day deliveries.

We aim to deliver all orders within the selected date and time slot. Should there be any changes, we’ll do our best to let you know at least 1 working day in advance.

Additional delivery charges may also apply for certain areas, such as restricted zones, islands, Central Business District towers, and no-lift areas. Please check with us if you’re unsure about the additional costs.Accessories will be delivered by registered mail and should reach you in about 2 to 3 working days.

The Secretlab MAGNUS has been designed for use with your Secretlab chair. The desk is set at a carefully calibrated height of 735mm (29”), the optimum height for most people. Both the Secretlab MAGNUS Metal Desk and MAGNUS Pro feature ultra-slim table tops that are just 20mm (0.8”) thin, allowing you to easily slide your armrests under the desk and bring them level with the table top for greater ergonomic comfort. For a more relaxed position, simply recline in your Secretlab chair and pull the armrests to the table.

Yes, an invoice will be sent to your registered email after completing your purchase. If you need a copy or a custom invoice, please contact our support team.

We aim to have your items dispatched and on their way to you as quickly as possible. As such, orders are sent for processing as soon as they are confirmed and we are unable to modify orders once placed. However, you can still reach out to our Support team via our Contact page for them to help you with canceling your order for you to place a new one.

Due to the relatively short turnaround time between processing and courier pick-up, your order may already be on its way to you. We will try our best to cancel your order but in the event we are unable to cancel it in time and your order gets delivered, reach out to our Support team via our Contact Page to initiate a return. For a smooth return process, do not open the packaging.

We’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order details once your order has been successfully placed. When your order is ready for pickup by our courier, we’ll let you know with a second email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.

The estimated shipping date for pre-order products can be found in your order confirmation email and invoice. This date is an estimate of when your order will be back in stock and shipped to you.

Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, deliveries within Singapore take 1-2 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation

Accessories will be delivered by registered mail and should reach you in about 2 to 3 working days.

We ship to residential or commercial addresses in Singapore, but are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to courier service directly after placing your order.

We offer free delivery to your doorstep via local courier for Singapore orders. For international orders, shipping costs depend on your location and the size of the product. The shipping fee will be calculated during checkout.

Electrical Air Pump: All plunge sets come with a full sized manual air pump, the automatic electrical air pump makes installation easier.

Anti-slip Tiling: Provides a safe surface for drying off, reducing the risk of slips and falls.

Sunken Cushion: Enhances comfort and support during use, offering a more relaxing experience.

Aqueduct: Ideal for those with water points further from their installation area, this solution extends water mobility to ensure easy setup.

The best position for your plunge is in a shaded area, such as a balcony or porch, with a flat surface free of sharp objects. Ensure there is at least 2 meters of clearance in front of the chiller fan for proper airflow and adequate heat dissipation. The area should also have access to power and a nearby water drainage point for optimal setup and performance.

Generally, no leaks will occur after the system is installed properly by following the installation video. When changing filters and reattaching piping, always ensure that the water seal O-ring is correctly positioned before attaching the parts. Improperly attached seals are usually the cause of water leakage.
