We offer a comprehensive warranty on all Bionic products, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Our standard warranty lasts for up to 12 months, while our extended warranty goes up to 18 months. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse are not covered.

Before receiving your plunge set, ensure you have:

• An open space with some ventilation
• No sharp objects nearby that could damage the plunge
• A comfortable area for your own enjoyment
• No overhangs of live or exposed electrical wiring
• A flat, stable surface ready for installation

Additionally, identify a water source and an electrical point, and measure the distance from these to the setup area. If necessary, consider our Bionic Aqueduct with pipes up to 15metres for flexible water access and our covered extension cords for outdoor installation. Detailed setup instructions will be provided with your purchase.

The best place for your plunge is in a shaded area, such as a balcony or porch, with a flat surface free of sharp objects. Ensure there is at least 2 meters of clearance in front of the chiller fan for proper airflow and adequate heat dissipation in the form of open windows or open space. The area should also have access to power and a nearby water drainage point for optimal setup and performance.

Our plunges are IPX4 rated, making them splash-proof and suitable for outdoor use. They are designed to withstand various weather conditions. However, if your environment experiences harsh or extreme weather, it is still recommended to place the unit in a shaded area to extend its performance and longevity.

The downside is that the chiller is less portable due to the separate water pump unit which ensures that water flow is 24 / 7 even when the chiller is not running, which helps to reduce the maintenance required for commercial establishments.

It is suitable for residential use if you do not need to move the unit often and enjoy a more heavy-duty system.
