Warranty
Every LightForge panel and Vitalis ice bath includes a 2-year warranty. There is nothing to register.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Mechanical or electrical component failures under normal use.
- Structural issues arising during the warranty period.
What is not covered
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or not following the instructions.
- Unauthorised modification or repair.
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents.
- Improper installation, or poor water treatment and filter maintenance on ice baths.
- Products bought from unauthorised resellers.
How to make a claim
- WhatsApp +65 8122 2252 or email support@coolbionic.com with your order number and photos.
- We try to fix it remotely first. If that does not work, we arrange local service at our expense.
- If neither works, we repair or replace the product.
3-Year Care for panels
3-Year Care covers faults in normal use, repair or replace, parts and labour. It does not cover accidental damage or misuse. If you bought it with a panel and return the panel within 14 days, it is refunded in full.
Your legal rights
Faults are never a change-of-mind return. In Singapore, the Lemon Law presumes that a defect appearing within 6 months of delivery was present at delivery. We repair or replace first, and refund if that is not practical. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions, and returns are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
